Where do we go from here?
Our spring and fall assembly attendance has not grown; we are without a Bulletin editor; attendance at the Rushton Luncheon and Lecture has been excellent; there is little chance of influencing Convention policies; the Bulletin is read and appreciated by many; people find the fellowship affirming and supportive; and links with the Alliance of Baptists is highly valued by those who have attended their convocations. What does this all mean for who we are and our future direction?
How about:
"Proudly Baptist, ecumenical, and liberal."
or perhaps:
"Committed to freedom, discussion, and inclusion."
or maybe:
"Seeking to be faithful to Christ, our Baptist heritage, and fresh winds of the Spirit."
What are your thoughts and suggestions?

Appropriate descriptor
The footer at the bottom of the page says " seeking to be faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ." While none of us would disagree with this as a vital part of our Christian identity, we need a succinct descriptor of who we are as the ABF. Your ideas, please. The contest is now open.
